Rooms must be booked by March 5, 2025 to obtain the group rates. Rooms booked after this date are subject to rate and space availability as determined by the hotel.

 Nightly resort fee $40 plus room taxes of 12.8% will apply.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:  All reservations must be accompanied by a first night or guaranteed with a major credit card. A deposit equal to the full value of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. There is no cancellation fee if cancellation is received by Hotel at least 30 days prior to arrival and cancellation number is obtained.

In the heart of it all, yet tranquil enough to make you feel away from it all, too. The Limelight Snowmass offers 99 hotel rooms and 11 residences, as well as footsteps-to-gondola access, right in the middle of Snowmass Base Village and is Ski in / Ski out.  Among the various facilities of this property are two large hot tubs, fitness center and a ski valet. The property provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transportation and a free full buffet breakfast in your rate.

LIMELIGHT HOTEL SNOWMASS

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the anticipated room revenue will be taken at time of booking. Rooms cancelled after March 6, 2025 will forfeit 100% of booking value.

Viceroy Snowmass is your luxurious connection to the mountain. A slopeside hotel where you can wake up in 400-thread-count sheets, tear down a black diamond run and relax with a hydrotherapy shower. The crestwood

The Crestwood is an ideally situated condominium property in winter offering skiing right out your front door. We are offering units ranging from one to four bedrooms for our MTS attendees.  Crestwood is conveniently located between the Village Express and the Elk Camp Gondola. Its proximity to the Snowmass Base Village and the Skittles gondola allows for an easy walk to après or dinner. Crestwood prides itself on the best service personnel and a wide range of amenities. Each unit has a living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet access throughout the property and a private balcony with a gas BBQ grill. There is an outdoor heated pool, three jacuzzis, work out facility, steam room, and a skier service area where guests can rent/store/tune their skis right on the property. Our team can help choose the unit that is right for you and anyone you may be traveling with for the Mountain Travel Symposium.
