MTS and Snowmass Village cordially invite one trip decision maker to apply to attend the Mountain Travel Symposium Group Exchange and experience Snowmass Village, April 9-13, 2025!

About Snowmass Village

A renowned winter playground and vibrant summer community just 9 miles from Aspen, Snowmass consistently ranks as one of the best winter ski areas and summer mountain biking destinations in the world. Snowmass, along with the rest of the Roaring Fork Valley, is the only IMBA (International Mountain Biking Association) Gold Level Ride Center™ in Colorado and one of only 7 in the world.

Surrounded by breathtaking peaks and adjacent to 2.8 million acres of wilderness, the Village offers 95% slope side lodging, is home to 30+ restaurants, and offers a variety of shops, unique special events, an abundance of live music, family activities, and much more.

Attendance Requirements

• The group/club/council must have booked at least one 5-7 night ski trip on their own with a minimum attendance of 20 people this season (‘24/’25)

• Attendee must have led a week fly-to ski trip within the last three (3) ski seasons

• Attendee must be a trip decision-maker. Titles listed in preferred attendance order:

  • Trip Chairman (2024/25) (preferred attendee), Trip Committee member, Week Trip Leader, President or Vice President

    • If you are not a preferred attendee, please share this page with the person who currently holds one of the above positions and do not fill out the application. 

All applications are subject to approval by MTS. Applications must be received by September 30, 2024. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by October 11.

Terms & Conditions

• Attendance is required at all scheduled events

• No spouse, significant other or guests are permitted to accompany the attendee to any MTS function

• Double-occupancy only. No single supplements. No exceptions

• Only one person per group/club/council is permitted to attend

Attendance Options

Group Exchange Package: Wednesday - Sunday April 9 – 13, 2025

Includes:

• Roundtrip airfare*

• Roundtrip airport shuttle service*

• 4 nights lodging based on double-occupancy. Note: Lodging provided at properties throughout Snowmass Village

• Complimentary lift tickets and complimentary ski/board rentals

• Group Exchange registration

• Invitation to the Group Exchange Welcome Reception and other hosted functions

• Some meals and additional expenses are the responsibility of the attendee

Cost: $645 USD
NOTE: The credit card charge will appear as "Northstar Travel Media".

*Travel details and ski/board rental information will be provided approximately 30 days prior to the conference.

Add on: Early Arrival Package: Monday, April 7 – Wednesday, April 9

Includes all items listed in the Wednesday-Sunday package plus:

• 2 additional nights lodging based on double-occupancy for April 7th & 8th.
  Lodging to be located in Snowmass Village

• 2 additional days of complimentary lift tickets and ski/board rentals

• Meals and additional expenses are the responsibility of the attendee

Cost: $250 USD

*Limited spots available and priority will be given to those planning on skiing/boarding.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and name change requests must be submitted in writing to talktous@mtntrvl.com and mmanning@mtntrvl.com by January 15, 2025. For cancellations received before this date and if your airfare has not been booked, a full refund will be issued. However, please note that if your airfare has already been booked, the trip becomes non-refundable. After January 15, 2025, any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all payments.
