It has come to our attention that some of our MTS attendees are looking for shared shuttle service options for the 4-hour drive from the Denver Airport to Snowmass Village. Unfortunately, currently there is not a company that offers that service.

In an effort to assist MTS attendees, we are partnering with Snowmass Tourism and Hermes Worldwide to provide options. If you would like to learn more about shared transportation options between Denver Airport and Snowmass Village, and you are comfortable sharing the ride with fellow MTS attendees, please complete following form by Feb 28, 2025. Responses and flight schedules will be reviewed to determine what type and how many shared ride options could potentially be created. Once that has been determined we will notify you of the available option(s) and pricing. Completing the form does not commit you to the service. You will be provided a price quote from Hermes Worldwide and you would be asked to confirm your transfer option if interested.
